Disbursements vary depending on the searches required for the Contract.

Searches include:-

Title search, Plan, Restrictions, Easements, Covenants, other Dealings noted on title, Section 10.7(2) Certificate, Sewer Diagram, Location Print, Revenue NSW Section 47 Certificate.

 

Disbursements are normally in the vicinity of $300.00.

 

There will be a PEXA online settlement fee of $123.97

(this is a fee payable by anyone that buys or sells property in NSW)

For a sale $300.00 is requested upfront to cover disbursements and the balance payable on completion.
